PDK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, ALKBH5, and HK2. Each is linked with PDK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDK1 versus PLOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
