Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, Bcl-2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PDK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDK1 results are reported.
