Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,453 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha signaling pathway, Regulation of acyl-CoA biosynthetic process, and Regulation of pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA. Each is linked with PDK1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDK1 results are reported.
