Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,346 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, FKBP10, and PLOD1. Each is linked with PDIA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA5-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA5 results are reported.
