Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with PDIA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA5-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA5 results are reported.
