Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDIA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,153 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPN1, TMEM39A, and SSR1. Each is linked with PDIA5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA5-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIA5 versus RPN1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
