Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDIA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 327 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf67, FCN1, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with PDIA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA5-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C10orf67 grouped by PDIA5-low versus PDIA5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
