PDIA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,891 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYND8, PRKDC_S893, and RAB31. Each is linked with PDIA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
