PDIA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,323 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK6, WDR46, and NBPF9. Each is linked with PDIA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
