PDIA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_zeta, Bax, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PDIA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
