PDHX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHX RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHX-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTN, DNAH7, and XIRP2. Each is linked with PDHX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHX-to-partner and partner-to-PDHX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTN grouped by PDHX-low versus PDHX-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
