Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,303 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDHX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM3, CD93, and GLIPR1. Each is linked with PDHX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHX-to-partner and partner-to-PDHX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHX versus SMIM3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
