Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHX protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,673 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDHX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN4IP1, SDHA, and SDHB. Each is linked with PDHX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHX-to-partner and partner-to-PDHX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHX versus RTN4IP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
