Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,536 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDHA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB1, LGALS1, and CLEC11A. Each is linked with PDHA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHA1-to-partner and partner-to-PDHA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHA1 versus ITGB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
