Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDHA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL632P, RNA5SP173, and JPT1. Each is linked with PDHA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHA1-to-partner and partner-to-PDHA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL632P grouped by PDHA1-low versus PDHA1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
