PDGFRL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,625 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1, GLT8D2, and LOX. Each is linked with PDGFRL in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRL-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRL versus CTHRC1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
