PDGFRL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,344 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFRL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRC2, P3H1, and P3H4. Each is linked with PDGFRL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRL-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRL versus MRC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
