Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,659 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDGFRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEL2, MMP16, and TIMP3. Each is linked with PDGFRL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRL-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRL versus MAGEL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
