PDGFRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,952 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, SERPINH1, and ISLR. Each is linked with PDGFRB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRB-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRB versus ZYX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
