Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,262 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDGFRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CRISPLD2, and LAMA4. Each is linked with PDGFRB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRB-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRB versus MYL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
