PDGFRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDGFRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,016 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBN1, VIM, and COL5A1. Each is linked with PDGFRB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRB-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRB versus FBN1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
