Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,802 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEPROT, ARHGAP29, and RMDN2. Each is linked with PDGFD in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFD-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFD versus LEPROT in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
