PDGFD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,713 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2_S120, PRKG1, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with PDGFD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFD-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFD versus TNS2_S120 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
