PDGFD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFD-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, MEK1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PDGFD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFD-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by PDGFD-low versus PDGFD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
