PDGFD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDGFD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC60, C1orf146, and ARMH2. Each is linked with PDGFD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFD-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC60 grouped by PDGFD-low versus PDGFD-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
