PDGFC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, CD49b, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PDGFC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFC-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PDGFC-low versus PDGFC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
