Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDGFC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,329 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Synaptic transmission, glycinergic, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with PDGFC in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFC-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFC results are reported.
