RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STMN1_S31, UFL1, and EML4_S978. Each is linked with PDF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDF-to-partner and partner-to-PDF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDF versus STMN1_S31 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
