protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,387 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDF-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP4, NIP7, and TERF2. Each is linked with PDF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDF-to-partner and partner-to-PDF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDF versus UTP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
