Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,189 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPNPEP1, DLST, and EIF4E. Each is linked with PDE8B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE8B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XPNPEP1 grouped by PDE8B-low versus PDE8B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
