Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 518 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HJV, TRPC5OS, and KRT71. Each is linked with PDE8B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE8B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HJV grouped by PDE8B-low versus PDE8B-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
