Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDE6G RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDE6G data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PDE6G RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE6G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where PDE6G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
