Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,115 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to insulin, Cellular senescence, and Regulation of protein ubiquitination. Each is linked with PDE6A in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6A results are reported.
