The most reproducible PDE6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribonucleotide metabolic process, Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with PDE6A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6A results are reported.
