Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4DIPP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,402 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE4DIPP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, Obsolete regulation of histone methylation, and Protein methylation. Each is linked with PDE4DIPP9 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4DIPP9-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4DIPP9 results are reported.
