Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDE4DIPP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDE4DIPP8 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher PDE4DIPP8 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE4DIPP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LAML show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and READ are the cancer types where PDE4DIPP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
