RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDE4DIPP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDE4DIPP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PDE4DIPP4 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDE4DIPP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CHOL show a favorable association.

HNSC, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where PDE4DIPP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
