Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,827 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSL1D1_S427, KANK2, and RBSN. Each is linked with PDE4C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4C-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE4C versus RSL1D1_S427 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
