Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 540 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA2, MICU1, and PMP22. Each is linked with PDE4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4C-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE4C versus CA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
