PDE4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, P-Cadherin, and PCNA. Each is linked with PDE4C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4C-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PDE4C-low versus PDE4C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
