PDE4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, HMHB1, and SLC7A13. Each is linked with PDE4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4C-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by PDE4C-low versus PDE4C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
