PDE4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,684 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2, PDE4A_S209, and TIMP2. Each is linked with PDE4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE4A versus TNS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
