PDE4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,195 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR63, PPP2R5D, and DCTN4. Each is linked with PDE4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR63 grouped by PDE4A-low versus PDE4A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
