PDE12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,931 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, DCAF1, and DHX30. Each is linked with PDE12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE12-to-partner and partner-to-PDE12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE12 versus QRICH1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
