Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,591 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD6, DSE, and ABHD14B. Each is linked with PDE12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE12-to-partner and partner-to-PDE12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE12 versus KCTD6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
