PDE12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PDE12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE12-to-partner and partner-to-PDE12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by PDE12-low versus PDE12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
