PDE10A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,344 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE10A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NNMT, CFH, and FERMT2. Each is linked with PDE10A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE10A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE10A versus NNMT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
