Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE10A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,367 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC198, PKD2L1, and SOX6. Each is linked with PDE10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE10A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE10A versus CCDC198 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
