PDE10A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE10A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EAF1, CHRM1, and ZFAND4. Each is linked with PDE10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE10A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EAF1 grouped by PDE10A-low versus PDE10A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
