Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL3P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,686 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCL3P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Obsolete regulation of histone modification, and Signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with PDCL3P7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL3P7-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL3P7 results are reported.
